The Text Messages program provides text alerts for GoRMTA customers to notify them of changes to their account. GoRMTA customers may opt in to receive Text Messages. Non-customers must first sign up for a GoRMTA account, which can be done online at www.rmtaonline.org or on the GoRMTA App.
MessagesIf you are signed up for a GoRMTA account and opt in to receive Text Messages, you will get notifications on your mobile phone of changes to your account, including status changes, account replenishments, payment method changes, account updates and GoRMTA informational updates. The message frequency will vary based on your account activity during a given month.
To opt-in or subscribe for Text Messages:
You may opt out at any time by responding with the keyword STOP to short code NJEZP (65397) or by updating your “Account Profile” on the GoRMTA website or in the “Communication Preferences” on the GoRMTA App by choosing to opt out.
To get help, text keyword HELP to short code NJEZP (65397). Get additional support or help by contacting the GoRMTA Customer Service Center at 1-833-990-5405.
Although GoRMTA Text Messages are complimentary, message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
